'Simple' shows stack up for Joshua Radin

Singer/songwriter Joshua Radin will hit the road in September to continue supporting his latest album, last fall's "Simple Times," with headlining shows.

The tour gets underway Sept. 9 in Norfolk, VA, and concludes with a Sept. 26 date in Madison, WI. Full details on the 14-city trek are included below.

On the road, Radin continues to support last year's "Simple Times," which hit stores in September and debuted at No. 34 on The Billboard 200 album chart. The singer's sophomore set, which was produced by Rob Schnapf (Elliot Smith, Beck), features guest vocals from a number of performers, including singer/songwriter Patty Griffin.

"[Griffin] did her vocals from her studio in Nashville and sent them to L.A. where we were recording," Radin told LiveDaily earlier this year. "We weren't actually in the same studio. But, in general, I think working with her was just incredible. It was a dream come true, really. She's one of my favorite songwriters in the world. That's why I asked her to do it. So, she said 'Yes' and said she would love to. I was like, 'Wow. I can't believe it.'"

Radin released his debut album, "We Were Here," in 2006.
